HOME WORKOUT ROUTINE

I've decided to give you guys a full workout routine that can be done at home. This is to make it easy for anyone that's trying to get into fitness

but doesn't know where to start from.

 

I know it looks scary but it isn't impossible and it will definitely push you.

It shouldn't take more than 40 minutes.
Also, take 30s break between sets.
